Pet care experience
Hello, myself and my dog Ollie (20lbs) would love to take care of your dog(s). I will be working full time as well. We spend our spare time on the trails 1-2 hours per day exploring nature, swimming and a little bit of chipmunk chasing. As well we enjoy agility. Ollie gets along well with others and has been extensively socialized. I have been a dog owner for 30 years as well have experience taking care of cats, dogs and horses, enjoying every minute of it. The summers of 2015 and 2016 we looked after a farm which had 3 cats, 3 dogs and 4 horses. Sometimes on our own and sometimes with the owner. We really enjoyed our stay there and looking forward to offering our experience in the Halifax area. Ollie has done well with agility and I am very capable of running your dog in an agility trial. We just love the outdoors, even in the winter.

Janet is an amazing dog and house sitter. She carefully planned how to introduce our dog with hers in a non-conflict environment. She observed our dog personality and walking routine and adapted the care accordingly. Our dog had long walks while under Janet's care and was calmed when we arrived home. Our dog was happy and our home was impeccable when we arrived. We totally recommend Janet as a sitter/walker. She is very professional, accommodating, and approachable to work with.

Majority of walks will be on the Canada Rails to Trails, some parks and swimming holes on the outskirts of Halifax, as well we play ball and frisbie. I spend most of time with my dog when I'm not a work, home body.
