I had a lot of sweet happy dogs stay with us and it was a true blessing. I loved my job! A couple years ago, we rescued a dog from Texas and she is a sweetie, however, she is extremely territorial. Which I why I closed my Boarding and Day Care business. I miss hearing people tell me how excited their pup gets when they are getting closer to my house. It made my day to hear that! With dog walking, I can make them really happy too, and I am looking forward to returning to dog care as I have missed it! I can also pick-up/drop-off your pup for walks or visit your special pet in your home. I love walking with dogs and seeing their happy faces running in the wind. :) I walk rain, snow or shine and always leave a clean yard and a happy pup! Previous Services, NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE I offer pet visits, walks, daycare or boarding for small to medium sized dogs only, as they will be most comfortable in our house size. We have a split level home with a small fenced backyard. We take daily trips to the off-leash fenced dog park or other parks. We walk for at least 1 hour per day. Also, lots of ball throwing. Then there is playtime and potty time in increments throughout the day in my fenced backyard. The pups hang out with us in the common room where cuddles on the couch are favorite parts of the day. Pups are free to roam, never kenelled unless needed. My kids bestow lots of love and playtime and love to help with bathing and walking. We love and welcome visiting pets as a highly valued friend of the family and enjoy including them in our outings when we can. I have alot of experience with different breeds, pack mentality, separation and anxiety issues, socialization skills and keeping dogs safe. I love cultivating pup friendships and strive to achieve that with every visit. I can also pick-up/drop-off your pup for walks or visit your special pet in your home.
