Pet care experience
I've been comfortable with all animals since a very young age and my experience working at Dogtopia in between school semesters at Virginia Tech gave me the strong sense of responsibility one needs when caring for others pets. Having taken care of dogs, rabbits, birds, and cats in my life, it has always been important for me to understand and cater to each animal's personality. I have learned so much and would be glad if my knowledge would allow you to trust me to take care of your pet as if they were my own.

Janessa has been an amazing pet care provider for my cat, Atticus. She has cared for him multiple times as I have gone on long trips. Janessa most recently watched my cat and house sat at the same time, providing love and care to my home. She sent me updates every single day on Atticus, including pictures and videos of her feeding, playing and petting him! He adores her! I always refer Janessa to other people who are looking for quality pet care.

I can crate your pet if needed and have access to a dog park in my apartment complex if they need space to run around or make friends.

A typical day
I love to stimulate pets mentally and physically. There are some great parks, ponds, trails, and reserves near me that would guarantee a great time e.g. Dulles Station Community Park, and Arrowbrook Pond. If your pet travels well in the car, the following locations are great for walks. - Chandon Dog Park - Follylick Branch Trail (my fav) - Horsepen Run Trailhead - W&OD trail

I work from home full-time and luckily my work schedule allows for me to be flexible during the week and to care for your pets overnight.
