Our house sits in a beautiful community that has several walking trails and a dog park. I offer long leash walks daily as well as loving companionship and supervision for your furry family member. I guarantee your dog will be happy and content with us! About the sitter: I am an animal lover and especially love dogs. I will ensure that they feel comfortable and at home when their families are away. I can be their "fill in friend" and open my home for "guest" dogs to vacation elsewhere or visit them in their own home. Giving them love and exercise will make a dog feel secure and content in a new environment. I only accept 1 "guest" in my home to assure he/she has a loving personal attention. I can also watch up to 2 "guests" in their home but can not stay over night. I have had dogs my entire life and know how to give them the love an attention they need and want. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs all my life. Growing up as a child we always had a dog/dogs in our home. When I got married my husband and I got home from our honeymoon and a day later picked up our puppy and the rest is history! About my yard Our house sits in a beautiful community that has several trails for walking along with a dog park. It is not fenced in so all guests will be kept on a leash to prevent wondering off. I do also take dogs on a long leash walk daily. We also have a very large lanai where the dogs like to lie in the shade and sun. My experience administering medication Yes, I have had to administer medication to my own animals.

Janelle and her family were great with my doggo Reagan! She sent me daily photos to show me how comfortable she was and fit right in with her pup and kids! Will definitely use her again the next time I am out of town.
Was so happy to find Janelle living close by and available to take in my 17 month old female lab, Scarlett, this past weekend. Prior to her stay, the meet-and-greet with Janelle's boxer, Rex, went really well and I felt completely comfortable leaving Scarlett in Janelle's home. I got some cute pictures of Scarlett while I was away, and I when I returned Scarlett was ready to go right on time. Communication was prompt and easy and I look forward to being able to work with Janelle again. Scarlett came home happy (and exhausted) and I think she, too, will enjoy spending time there again when the need arises.
Janelle was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond in making my puppy feel comfortable, loved and at-home. I could not have asked for a better pet sitting experience for our dog. Janelle and her family are experienced with dogs and will provide your pup with what it needs while you are away-your pup will definitely be spoiled. I would not leave my dog with anyone else.

A meet and greet is required to ensure a dog gets along with other dogs, since we generally have 1-2 "guests" all the time. The dog also needs to be leash trained in order to take it outside and for long walks. If your dog needs dropped off prior to 8am, we ask that you book an additional night and bring them the night before. An additional charge of $15 will be added if pickup on return date is after 4pm.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We live in a wonderful gated community that is quiet for walking dogs. We also live close to Rim park to take the dogs on the trails. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Owners are asked to bring their dogs bed or blanket to make their dog comfortable, along with crate if they are trained. All guests will have the option of staying in a large crate to themselves, or if they prefer in our finished basement. If "guest" feels comfortable they can also sleep on the floor to our bedroom with Rex. Time I'll spend with your dog I will be your dogs fill in friend so I will limit the time that I am away from my home. Time I'll spend with your dog I plan on making three visits a day to your home (morning, afternoon, and evening.) If you request, I can make additional visits. I will spend each visit giving your pet(s) the love they need and be their "Fill In Friend." Extra house-sitting services I will bring in mail/newspapers, water plants, rotate lights and blinds to allow your home to appear "lived in."
