We would like to highly recommend Janelle for anyone who is like us and considers their dog, not just a pet but a loving family member. For the past five years our pet sitter has come to our home and stayed with Riley, our Tibetian terrier mix. He has never spent a night away from home. When our sitter couldn't take care of Riley, for a recent trip we had planned, we found Janelle on Rover.com and we couldn't be more pleased. She welcomed Riley into her home and gave him the run of the house. She only takes one dog at a time so he got a lot of attention. She gave us an update and sent us pictures every day which helped relieve our anxiety of leaving our little guy in a new place with a new person. We are very happy with the care he was given, will use her again when we need a sitter.
