Pet care experience
I cared for my family dog growing up and have since gotten my own dog that I now care for in 2021. I have experience training and working with puppies, especially working on leash manners, and also experience with senior dogs. I love caring for all dogs and understand some require more patience to get comfortable with new people and in new environments. My dog is a young high energy pup that requires both mental and physical stimulation each day, but she always ends the day exhausted and ready for bed, I’ll make sure your dog has all their needs met too!

Janelle helped us out a ton when she came by and walked Wilson! It was very last minute, so we appreciated her visiting Wilson while we went out of town for the day. Highly recommend Janelle!
Janelle is a genuine and reliable person who takes great pride in caring for animals, especially dogs. I know this because she proves it every day with her own dog, Scarlett. Janelle is constantly taking Scarlett on adventures and walks, as well as helping train good behaviors. I have experience working with crate trained dogs and can easily crate a dog at the end of the visit if needed. I am more than willing to make sure your dog continues their regular routine and willing to do what is needed to maintain what they are used to. I will take notes and follow all instructions provided to help with your ease of mind and keep our dogs schedule as consistent as possible!

A typical day
I love to mentally and physically stimulate the dogs I watch! We will go for walks, check out all the fun smells in old and new areas, play games, and can work on some basic training if you would like!

Availability
I currently work full time Monday through Friday but have a flexible scheduling and if located in the area I work I am able to fit a drop in visit or walk in during my lunch! Can also provided services before and after work! My weekends are usually completely open and flexible for pet care and love spending time outside with your pet if the weather is nice!
