Pet care experience
I have had a dog (or two) since my 20s. My dog presently is a King Charles Cavalier mix. We lost our Puggle last year from old age, and very much miss the multi-dog household. Makes snuggling better (and warmer)! Dogs are welcome on my big bed (and there's a long carpeted ramp to help).

Please be specific about whether any people food is allowed. If so, be assured that no grapes, raisins, onions, or chocolate would ever be given. Sweets in general are nixed. But I often share shredded meat leftovers mixed into meals. Also, no rawhide treats allowed, only pork hide.
A typical day
I especially enjoy sharing a dog park or a long walk, and like to switch up the location to provide new stimulation, for us both :-) For those who love to fetch or tug-of-war, bring it on!

Availability
I am retired and generally home all day except for occasional errands. I have friends and family who love it when I visit with dogs in tow! We walk and/or dog park, play fetch in the yard, tag and tug-of-war.
