Buyer beware and read cancellation policy thoroughly!! My disabled Father of 73, an air force vet has a dog named “ Tiny “ he was unexpectedly admitted to ICU at the hospital. I live 1.5 hrs away and had to find ‘ last minute’ dog care so booked 15 days. Initially sitter seemed genuine by offering to pick the dog up. Consequently he did not want to Go with her when she arrived he demonstrated aggression etc. it was mutually agreed that she would go back and ‘ try again’ and she did with same result. The very next morning we cancelled ( as we needed overnight care and in meantime a neighbor could merely walk him ) ; it wa mutually agreed this was best for all parties. Well needless to say the sitter refused to refund the first WEEK of fees at 1/2 rate so her 2 visits cost nearly $200- . The ONLY reason I gave ONE star is because she did buy him calming treats in attempt to help him with aggression. I would NEVER recommmed a sitter that STEALS from an Airforce Veteran who is in the ICU over dog care. Very disappointed in humanity.
