I have raised over 24 puppies, dog sit often and am a mother of a husky chow mix who lives in RI. I am a pack leader with all animals, including my two rabbits, and I have an affinity for tiny dogs. I would love to check in on your tiny fur baby or help them relax and have fun while away from home! The most important step to sitting is understanding the animal and their habits, you can be assured I will communicate with you clearly and create the best environment for your dog. Currently living in cranston and working in Wayland sq. Providence. I run my own small business and have a felxible schedule to meet walking schedules. I am so happy, having Janel let my pup out, and I'm quite sure he is too! She is very attentive to him-- and she'll put his sweater or coat on him if it's raining or cold, and she feeds him his snack, and she always lets me know how he's doing. She is reliable and pleasant, and a natural at what she does. I feel happy that he is in such good hands. Thank you Janel!!!
Janel was great! She immediately hit it off with our Yorkie, who isn't always the easiest dog, and they had a great time. I felt confident that she was well taken care of the whole weekend and we got regular updates and pictures. When we got home, we had the feeling that our dog would have preferred to stay with Janel! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
Janel LOVES animals and is a wonderful caretaker! She will treat your pets like her own and make them feel extra special. She has taken care of our pets during trips and I think our dachshund was sad when we came home because he likes Janel so much! She's a wonderful person.
Janel walked and dog sat for my dog Zander in NYC 2010 to 2012. She was always on time, made extra effort and I could tell she really cared about the health and happiness of my pup. He's a big dog, (about 60 lbs!) and could be intimidating to other people because he's a Pitbull/Shar Pei mix. He was only 2 years old at the time, and I was having trouble with him barking at people on walks. She had ideas on how to make him feel comfortable, and worked with him on his manners every time she walked him or dogsat him. I know Janel has many pets of her own, and would show your furry (or scaly, or...) friend the same love she shows her own pets and my dog Zander.
