We love both cats & dogs in this house and are happy to have some guest over from time to time. - while we have 2 cats that live with us, they will be staying in their room upstairs if the visiting guest are not comfortable/friendly around them our house backs into a school - very convenient to go for multiple walks/runs throughout the day. - we have tiles/floor across the whole house (no carpet) and a big fenced-in yard. - Any visiting pets are allowed to roam freely in the main floor of the house, and get 3-4 bathroom breaks in the yard along with 2-3 walks in the park I have experience with dogs and cats and comfortable to take care of animals post-surgery (I used to work in a vet clinic as an assistant) and experience with medication giving Experience with senior pets and have plenty of love and patience for them
