Over the last six years, friends and family have entrusted me with their dogs for regular walks, feeding and overnight stays, either in my home or in their home. Prior to this, I had been a cat owner, to two Bengals.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs that I need to be aware of. I like to know how your dog is around other dogs, animals and people. Does your dog respond to commands? Is your dog on a special diet? Do they like to swim or get dirty and muddy?
A typical day
Much may depend on the breed of dog. I have various dog toys to try to see if there’s anything that interests your dog. But they may have a favourite toy that they like to take out with them too. I like a walk along the canals, across fields or through the woods, where there’s plenty to see, sniff and explore.

Availability
I am self-employed, but only part-time hours during school term time and mostly working from home. I have no work commitments during school holidays, so plenty of time to play with your pets and/or go for a good walk.
