I was booking Jane through Rover initially and things appeared fine then she complained about how Rover takes a percentage so i generously offered to pay her off site..well once we did that she started to mix up days, miss walks without giving me advance notice etc. Make a long story short of her unprofessionalism I hired her to care for my dog while i went away. She initially took him to her apt..i thought things were fine, a couple days go by and i text her to check on him. Shd tells me he took him back to my apt, she failed to mention this to me at the time she took him back. strike 1! ok i let it go, I text a couple days later snd she expresses how she is checking on him daily..ok fine..the rest of the time goes by and i finally come home..upon my arrival i come home to an apt that smells like pee, cleatlrly she didn't take him out, my dog has no food and no water and she has left trash in my trash bag which wasn't taken out. Needless to say I realized she did not live up to her duties. I mentioned my concerns and her response was that Onyx must have scarfed down the food and water and that she didn't throw out any wee pads but laid new ones on top of the old ones..seriously what an idiot! I terminated my situation with her immediately. Dont hire her people she us immature, irresponsible and lacks a sense of responsibility!!

Jane C. is one of the most responsible people I know. She is dependable. She loves animals and has cared for pets all of her life. I have known her to turn down invitations to fun things with friends because she needed to take care of some dogs. She puts the animals needs in front of her own. Jane seems to have a special understanding with the pets she cares for, and they love her! Pets aren't the only creatures Jane can relate with. She is a great communicator with humans as well. She has held several jobs in the service and hospitality industry, and knows how to listen to the needs of her customers and deliver. She is available through electronic communication and is quick to respond to you. You will be very happy with her customer service and communication skills. Jane has cared for several of my pets, from small kittens to a hundred pound dog. (I know she has cared for other animals such as hedgehogs, fish, and bunnies, but I don't have personal experience with those.) My animals flock to her when she comes through the door! She seems to understand their individual needs and takes care of them. If the animals want to play, or go for a walk, or need food or even a cuddle, Jane is there for them. Jane is an awesome human being, and it doesn't take long once you meet her, to know this for yourself! She lights up a room with her smile, and her kindness and love of life and others radiates outward. She is in the moment and gets the job done. She sets goals for herself and finds a way to make them happen. I highly recommend Jane C. for your pet care needs.
