I have experience with high energy dogs and elderly dogs. I know how to play nurse and play hard! Puppies are a favorite for me to watch, and I enjoy watching dogs get the care and exercise they need.

I provide both long, high-endurance walks/runs as well as a leisurely stroll around the block. Frequent potty breaks are no issue as I have my own yard. I have one cat, an older neutered male, who spends most of his days in the window sill and doesn't pay other pets any mind.

I like to know temperament, first and foremost. Then age and health, followed by breed and any special needs they have.
A typical day
For dogs, walks are like reading the morning newspaper. It's important that they take their time and soak up all the info they can get. Sniffing and marking is just a normal part of being a pooch! I welcome dogs with picky walking routines and don't mind taking a little extra time so Sparky (or Lady) can soak up a little extra info. I'm familiar with most of the parks in Cape Girardeau county and am even willing to take them to Trail of Tears. Sometimes exercise isn't all about a walk, though. I own a Chuck-It and have no problem playing fetch for as long as your dog wants.

Availability
I'm looking for long-term set schedules, but am willing to take clients needing short-term services. Currently I'm available in the mornings and afternoons, seven days a week, with nights and overnights on an as-needed basis.
