I've had pets in my home for as long as I can remember. Currently I'm without any canine friends and I would LOVE to help you take care of your beloved pets. I'm working part time from home and part time in person. I'm gone from the house for about 5 hours in the morning on weekdays. I'm also fully vaccinated and am very safe when it comes to health and covid-19 protocols.

Have you ever had a babysitter so wonderful you want to keep the secret to yourself in fear they will be booked next time you need them? This is how I feel about Janaki and her husband. My dog Ziggy who can tend to be nervous but he came home after a 10 day stay relaxed and happy as ever! Janaki communicated every so often with a cute picture or a text message. We’ve already booked our next pet sitting appointment and look forward to sending Ziggy in his home away from home again.
I am new to Sacramento & needed to have my dog watched for the weekend and found Janaki on Rover.com Janaki did an amazing job caring for my dog and keeping me updated with texts and photos of my dog throughout the weekend! My dog was happy, well fed, and I think Janaki even bathed her. I would definitely recommend Janaki and would 110% use her dog sitting services again. My dog, Coconut, and my cats love Janaki! As soon as she comes through the door, Coconut is all over her. Janaki is responsible, punctual, kind, trustworthy and loves to be around furry creatures. She will care for them and talk to them like all paw parents do- with so much affection and love. I whole-heartedly trust her to watch over and take care of my pets and I feel at peace knowing they’re in her care. I highly recommend Janaki!

I have a cozy home that my husband and I own. We have a fenced backyard with grass and a covered deck. We have some rugs but it's mostly hardwood floor (i.e., easy to clean up!). We're not fussy people so we don't have expensive fancy furniture or anything. I already go for walks one or twice a day, so walking your pet would be a breeze. I'd even love the excuse to take a stroll on my lunch break.

I would like to know if the dog is potty trained, how often they need to use the bathroom, how much physical activity they are used to getting currently, and if they have a bed or food routine.
A typical day
I love to walk so I would take the doggie on lots of walks in my quiet neighborhood. We could also walk to a local park and walk around the beautiful green space (on a leash of course).

Availability
I can walk your doggie in the morning before I go to work, and then again at midday when I get back home to work from home the rest of the day. I love walks and giving doggies attention, so your furry friends would be very well cared for! My availability is very open since I'm staying home mostly and the only place I go is the grocery store. I'd like pick up and drop off to be outside of work hours but I could work with you on that.
