Pet care experience
I have been an animal lover and caretaker my entire life. On numerous occasions have housesat for families with all kinds of pets. I grew up in a farm with cows, horses, birds and I have had dogs my whole life. I also volunteered with an international shelter. I have a strong empathetic connection to dogs. I always have. I love spending quality time with other people's dogs so that I'm able to get to know each pet's unique personality. I have experience working with dogs big and small as well as senior dogs. Whatever your dogs needs are communication is key to making sure we are on the same page with continuing any schedule your dog has for feeding/walks/potty breaks/etc. I work from home so your dog will have my attention all the time. Very very happy. Our dog had the best time during his stay like he was also on a vacation and play date with their dog. We received regular updates with pictures and videos. Their home is warm for pet and ours was treated like their family. We are very thankful that we chose them in Rover!
Janaina & her husband watched my large doodle pup Rooney this wkend. They took great care of him & I highly recommend their services! They are experienced w/ dogs and I felt he was in safe & loving hands. They kept me updated each day with a few pics & a recap of his activities (long walks, playtime, etc). They were flexible w/ pick-up/drop-off times & accommodated a very last min. booking request which I appreciated! Roo was happy when I picked him up & I would love to utilize their sitting services again in the future if they'll have him. They were awesome with our dog, gave us regular updates, took him on walks & made him feel at ease as he has separation anxiety.
So thankful that Janaina was able to accept my request on such short notice. She sent updates and pictures during the stay and even provided report cards upon pick up! Roxy seemed to have a great time and I would definitely utilize Janaina again.

I tailor any number of visits, of any duration, to best meet your pet's (and your) routine and needs. From Malteses to Mastiffs, I can handle any size dog (and cats too!), including walks, feeding, bathroom breaks, "environmental enrichment"(which includes cuddles and attention).
