Hi! I am an athletic young woman in her 30s who is based in Manhattan. I have loved animals and have had the privilege of taking care of them my whole life. In fact, I fed, played with, and took care of my family’s black lab ever since I was 4 years old. As an adult I helped take care of my roommate’s dog for more than 2 years and took him on regular walks when she was out. From my 30+ years of experience working with dogs, I understand a dog’s body language very well. I am home all day, and I want to spend more time with dogs and enjoy the outdoors (rain, snow, or shine!). I also have many years of experience housesitting and taking care of dogs for friends, family members, and new customers.

As long as the owner is ok with a dog on the furniture, I welcome a dog on the couch or bed. I will never give a dog human food and will only feed the fur baby food the owner has given to me for the dog.

I would like to know what the dog likes and dislikes (with both play activities and dog treats). Also, I am curious if the dog is good around other dogs, people in general, and children.
A typical day
I will take the dog on walks all over Riverside State Park - I live right by the park! Also, I will pet the dog, make sure he/she is comfortable, and play with the dog for long periods of time.

I work full-time from home, and I am able to take your dog outside multiple times a day. I will be staying at home all day to watch the dog.
