My life since November 19th has been a nightmare. On November 16th, I dropped off my 3 cats to be boarded with Jana while I went through the stressful process of selling my home and moving 8 hours away. Never did I dream it would be the last time I would see my precious declawed (by previous owner) Persian cat Fluffy who has been in my family for 6 years. I deeply regret I didn't touch him one last time, little Fluffy always trusted me and I let him down by unknowingly taking him to his doom, he is 8 pounds and defenseless out in the wild. On November 19th upon pickup, I was told that Fluffy slipped out of the front door not once, but twice. Jana didn't show empathy nor seemed upset at all.. a neutral expression, it was sinister and off-putting. He was nowhere to be seen on the property. Long story short, I left with 2 out of 3 cats, my most precious one disappeared. Over the next 10 days or so I was "annoying and bossing" Jana to search for him and I wanted to keep searching around her property for him, and long story short, it ended with Jana telling my husband and me to "never contact her again" and "take my complaints to Rover" and "if she sees me on her property again she will call the police," I have screenshot proof of these cruel and strange messages. Over 2 weeks I've driven 32 hours searching the whole town for him, she was supposed to put up flyers and I only saw a couple, which isn't a surprise given her attitude during this whole nightmare. To sum it up, I have deep guilt for ever taking my pets to Jana, am in a state of shock and have lost 5 pounds, have been unable to continue my home buying search due to grief, my holidays are ruined, and I'll never forgive myself.

Charlie Belle had a great stay with Jana! She stayed overnight at Jana's place, and Jana gave Charlie all the attention and snuggles she required.
