Pet care experience
My husband and I have good experience with dogs: James had a dog when he was younger and both of us have taken care of our friends' and family's dogs for many years. We will ensure to keep you updated with plenty of photos of your dog so you can see how well-taken care of they are! We will customise our caring to your dog, and adapt depending on their age and needs. We will follow all your instructions and requests to give you maximum peace of mind. We love going for long walks, so exercise can be guaranteed!

We were so nervous about leaving Rocky, but Jana and James were very lovely and made Rocky feel at home very quickly. They sent many updates during his time with them and we could see from the pictures that Rocky was having a great time and was being well cared for. I would definitely leave Rocky with them again.

Inexperienced with pets, rude and unprofessional. 1. I don't do this for money" Jana mentioned this 3 times in 2 days, but she still charged me and in return provided a very poor experience. 2. After a meet and greet, Jana and her partner aggred to keep my pet. Trusting them that they will honor the booking, I booked my holidays to celebrate my daughter's birthday. May be she had a change of plans or someone else might have offered more money for another pet, she started contacting me 4-5 hours after dropping my pet and wanted me to collect him, or get a friend or relative to collect my pet from her place as she could not calm/comfort the dog. The next day, (less then 24 hours in to the booking) it got to a point where they would constant message/call and informed me that they will not keep the dog in their house, and i need to make alternative arrangements . In short, they were rude, unprofessional and in experienced for large dogs.
Jana and her husband J were so welcoming to us and to Jazz, our Springer Spaniel. She did not look back when we dropped her off and we received regular updates. It was clear from our conversations about Jazz's care needs that Jana and J were responsible dog carers and we felt completely confident leaving her with them. On pick up, Jazz was happy and calm (just as we like her to be) and she had been given lots of attention and cuddles so was content to have a nice long sleep when we got her home. Our flat provides a welcoming and cosy environment for your pets. For your stay, all you have to bring is your pet's bed, food, bowls and favourite toys, and we'll make sure to keep them entertained and exercised! Just let us know anything your pet may need to settle in and we will be very happy to accommodate and follow your routine. We're very happy to share our sofa with your little one, if that doesn't break your home rules!

A typical day
My husband and I work from home, but we love going for long walks to stretch our legs, so we would bring your dog along with us on our daily walks, play fetch in the parks and give plenty of cuddles and belly rubs at home! We live in an area with many large parks around us and we can take your dog to a different park each day to keep them excited.

Availability
My husband and I work from home every day, which gives us the flexibility to be able to take care of your pet, and give them tons of cuddles and many walks! We have very flexible jobs, so plenty of walks can be guaranteed if that is what your dog needs :) We are located less than 3 min walk to Epsom train station, so you can drop your dog off on your way to work to get the train. Convenient!
