*I care for dogs from only one boarding family at a time. This ensures that your pup(s) receive the individualized treatment they deserve and the safety that they need.* Daytime and overnight stays in Mount Airy can be your best friend's next playdate or vacation! I'm an experienced animal caretaker to include Great Danes all the way down to Mini Dachshunds. We currently have 1 Dachshund and dog experienced cats. Your dog will enjoy daily walks in a safe and quiet neighborhood, weather permitting, of course! They will receive plenty of love, cuddles and playtime during their stay and are not left alone for more than 2hrs per day. Dogs will have access to all common areas of the house. Jana was awesome! She far exceeded our expectations and took great care of our fur baby Addy. She provided daily updates, most days multiple times, via text/email with pictures and videos of Addy which was very reassuring. I have a fenced yard, fenced deck and fenced front porch. Your pet will not be outside unsupervised but will have plenty of options to safely enjoy the outdoors. I can easily crate your dog, if needed. Dogs are crated at night for overnight stays.

A typical day
I personally love being outside, whether it's sitting in the sun in cooler months or the shade in summer. Your pup will certainly not be cooped up all day, inside! I enjoy going on walks and taking my time so your pup has a chance to sniff all the smells. But don't worry, I leave plenty of time for cuddles, too!
