This was my first Rover experience so I was a little nervous but I couldn’t have found a better person than Jan. From the start she had super great communication and even asked for a meet a greet which put me at ease. My dog can be pretty anxious at times but he loved her and her space immediately which put me at ease. She gave great updates and played with zero and took him on walks. We just went away for the weekend but the whole time I felt that zero was in good hands, which really helped us relax and enjoy our trip. I will definitely be booking with her for any future trips! Just WOW! I’ve never used this app before and I had come into contact with Jan in regards to boarding my dog Luna! I had to go out of state unexpectedly and was a little nervous and unsure what to do with Luna, upon seeing Jan’s profile and multiple reviews I reached out and couldn’t be more happy I did. Luna had an amazing time and I got constant updates from Jan from how she’s doing what they were up to, to the best pictures and videos (which warmed my heart beyond belief being so far away across country) I HIGHLY recommend you reaching out to Jan for you pets stay.
