Pet care experience
I think I was born loving animals, especially dogs. Other than college years, I have never lived without at least one dog in my home. I have been training and taking care of dogs for over 20 years, the last six years full time. My husband, Mike, and I train agility dogs. I have also competed in Rally, Obedience, Dock Diving and Herding. We have been lucky enough to travel the world with our dogs, competing and coaching at Agility World Team events. Our lives revolve around our dogs. We treat all our temporary dogs as one of our family. We live on 5.5 acres and have fencing around our home for safety. Our pack is your pack, and your pet will be made welcome by all.

Jan and michael were great! We left our pups for 2 weeks at their residence while on a family vacation. They kept us informed and sent us pictures of our pups regularly. I have a chihuahua and a golden retriever and my chihuahua is usually a bit moody and acts like hes the boss most of the time so I was alittle nervous about leaving him but he eventually warmed up to everyone and I love that they didnt give up on my little moody pup. My pups seem so different but in a good way, they seem calmer and I can tell that my golden really missed being at Jan and Michael's. I definitely recommend.
Jan and Michael are awesome. Their love for dogs truly shows in the care they provide. Molly loves spending time in their home and in their lap.
Our best dog boarding experience ever!
Jan and Michael were amazing. My new rescue pup (Mila) and I traveled from Ohio to Florida to visit with my mother. My mother and I had a vacation already planned prior to me rescuing Mila. I was hesitant to leave Mila knowing I hadn’t had her very long. I hated the thought of confusing her even more than she already was. Jan made me feel very comfortable leaving her. She sent updates (pictures and texts). I would definitely use Jan and Michael again if needed while visiting my mother in the future. Thanks again for taking good care of my pup! ?

A typical day
We live on a quiet street that is great for long walks. Off leash play time is within the fence. We do have a pool so water lovers can swim. We keep a barrier up between house and pool whenever the doors are open. Safety first. No dogs are allowed on the lanai without a human.
