Pet care experience
I love pets, and I love taking care of them in any capacity! I am looking to offer services on Rover while pursuing my doctoral degree in psychology. Personally, I have had a cockatiel and I currently have a cat named Yoshi 💚 who is 6 years old! I am extremely comfortable with dogs, and have walked dogs countless times. I also graduated from the University of Connecticut in May 2020, and took a class on companion animals my final semester. I am responsible, with perfectionist tendencies, and I give the BEST rubs/pets! I am flexible when it comes to bookings, and I strive to maintain positivity and empathy! 😸 For dog walking, I am 120 lbs; if your dog is over 105 lbs, please avoid booking me! Otherwise, I have no restrictions and I’m willing to walk up to 3 dogs at a time! For doggy daycare and drop in visits, I am perfectly willing to house sit and play with any number of pets, as well as stay for certain periods of time.

A typical day
I live in a medium house with a yard, and my neighborhood is safe, with many dog owners nearby! I can be energetic and silly, so I’m sure we’ll stay entertained! Of course, if your dog has play preferences or a favorite toy, that would be valuable information!

Availability
As a graduate student, I am flexible with my ability to walk/housesit/check-in on furry friends throughout the week! However, I am typically unable to sit for a pet for several hours at a time M-F due to mandatory classes and/or part-time work shifts. Please specify if you would like me as your sitter to sleep in your home (if house-sitting), to walk your pup at a certain interval of hours (e.g. every 2 hrs), and/or if your pet has specific limitations or needs that I should heed and respect :)
