Hello! My name is Jamie. Born and raised in LA currently spending everyday taking care of my pup i rescued 6 years ago. I have had dogs my entire life, volunteered at shelters in California, Oregon, Chicago and Alabama for the past 7 years. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, reactive dogs, fostering, training, foster to adopt and more. I work everyday to give my dog the safe happy healthy and fun life he deserves. Jamie has been the most reliable dog sitter I have had with Rover. She is so good with my 70lb dog who can be leash aggressive at times. She's been with him numerous times and I haven't had one issue! Jamie is trustworthy, enthusiastic and dedicated animal lover that just loves to help. If every sitter was like Jamie, we would be very lucky! I have recommended her to my friends with dogs and they can't say enough about great she is.
Jamie is the epitome of an animal-lover, but specifically and dog-lover. She truly can’t pass a dog on the street without asking the owner if she can pet it. She has an enormous heart and helping/working with animals has been a passion of hers for years. She has had experience with dogs of her own and is a great pet owner! She is extremely responsible and always makes sure the dog’s needs and happiness are put first. I would trust her with my pets any day!
Jamie has been dog sitting and walking Duke and Ollie for about 2 years now and she's the only walker that Ollie (12 year old, grumpy terrier) will agree to go with. His usual tactic is that he just hides under the bed or couch when another walker comes in the door. She's responsible, reliable, enthusiastic and an even bigger dog lover than I am, which is saying a LOT! I would highly recommend Jamie to be a dog sitter for Rover, I can't say enough great things about her demeanor and reliability.
