Pet care experience
(*The ability to teach your dog (or any pet) is a completely false claim! - but it got your attention!) Hi there! I am a veteran educator and school counselor transitioning to supporting fur babies. My love for animals is intense and with my two children older and needing me less - I thought pet-sitting and walking services was the way to go! While I am not a dog trainer, I am a teacher and school counselor with 20 years of experience and I can promise you... (1) attentiveness to your pet's needs (2) prompt and timely service and (3) they'll have a new best friend in me! Teachers can pretty much do anything - so rest assured I got this. I am also a mom to 2 fur babies currently and in the past many more.

I highly recommend Jamie to care for your pets. Her love of animals is evident in how she cares for her own animals. She has rescued dogs providing them with a loving home and a second chance. She is conscientious in everything she undertakes. I have a variety of animals, horses, cows, cows, donkeys and I would trust her with there care anytime.

I am not able to provide pet sitting in my own home. But my personal pets are cared for with lots of cuddles (unless Midge is giving the side-eye) and walks and romps around the backyard. In a client's home. I will keep myself and the pets safe by first being attentive to what the pet parents share about the preferred care for their pet(s). But also by paying attention to the pet's mannerisms and other indicators as to how to approach them, or if at all.

A typical day
Teach them to read - duh. Ha! Just kidding.... but we would watch Friends, play fetch, solve all the world's problems, and take ridiculous selfies.

I am currently not working so I am available weekdays for pet-sitting and dog-walking/play dates! I am also available nights and weekends from time to time as they fit around my kiddos' activities.
