I am a 26-year-old graduate student working towards becoming a school psychologist. One of my goals is to incorporate animal therapy into my practice. I have owned dogs since I was a child and have loved doing various dog sitting and walking gigs over the years. My family has had very large breeds in the past including huskies, Samoyeds and a Labrador with severe separation anxiety, so I have no problem handling larger breeds or dogs with special needs. My own dog Nala is a 3-year-old cockapoo, and I rescued her when I was teaching English in Vietnam. She is extremely chill and nonconfrontational, she would likely climb somewhere high or hide under the bed if she's overwhelmed by another dog. My favorite part of having my own dog is teaching her new tricks! I am extremely affectionate and attentive to each dog’s needs. Thanks for your consideration!
