I have been a vet tech, a professional pet sitter, and a personal pet sitter since 2000. I also have a masters in fisheries and wildlife to help fix the problem humans have caused the animals in their environments. I have been an animal lover since I was young and have provided homes for not just cats and dogs, but also salt water and freshwater fish, turtles, axolotls, rabbits, mice, and guinea pigs. Professionally I have cared for pigs, horses, snakes, lizards, salt water aquariums, sugar gliders, and monkeys, mice, rats, birds, as well as having experience with many zoo animals such as elephants, birds, snakes, polar bears and more. I am a SAHM with 2 teenaged kids who are learning the art and responsibility of animal care along with me. The oldest, Keira, is majoring in biology and planning to go into marine biology. We have regularly attended amazon dog park in the past. I also take the dogs to play in the lake and the river frequently. At the end of a busy day we couch sit and snuggle watching movies. I can give pills and injections, clean and dress wounds, provide a cage for safe space, multiple potty breaks, playtime with the neighbor dogs.
