Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs (+ a couple of cats!) and have had my own for 10+ years. Friends and family have relied on me for pet sitting and walking for years and I am definitely the “tell your dog I said hi,” person! I work from home full time so your pets will have the care and attention they need throughout the day. Pets will not go for more than 2 hours without the option for a potty break and outside time. I walk my dogs every morning around the neighborhood so your pets will receive walks daily including more frequently if needed. I have a fenced in yard that your pets can run around in and 2 dogs of my own to keep them company. Bo (pit bull mix) is a sweet baby hippo and Pongo (beagle mix) loves to play. They love new friends and your pets will have a great time with them!

Your pet’s comfort and safety is my #1 concern when I’m caring for them either in my home or during drop ins. When they stay in my home I make sure they have room to themselves if they need some down time, that they feel comfortable around my dogs, and that they get lots of love and attention while their humans are away. When doing drop ins I make sure pets are able to take care of their business, that water and food bowls are filled (according to instructions), and that they get lots of love, cuddles and walks when needed. I know pets can be stressed when they are away from their humans (mine definitely get that way!) so try my best to make the experience as comfortable and loving as it can possibly be for them.

A typical day
We’ll go on walks around the neighborhood and play inside or in the backyard. I live across the street from a large park and can take your pet to play there as well. My dogs, Pongo and Bo, have lots of toys that they share and love to run around the back yard. We take frequent supervised backyard breaks to stretch our legs and so the dogs can take in all the new smells.

Availability
I’m currently working from home full time so have lots of availability to take care of your fur babies! I’m available Monday - Sunday anytime for boarding and from 7am-10pm for drop in visits.
