Jamie was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time booking with her, and I left what felt like a million notes and instructions. Jamie took the time to read every single one and followed them so thoughtfully and carefully. It was clear from the start that she genuinely cared about providing the best possible experience for both me and my pet. She was kind, attentive, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire stay. Knowing that someone took the time to understand all of my routines and preferences gave me so much peace of mind.
