This role provided invaluable experience in building confidence and social skills in young pups. I then transitioned to the training team at a local animal rescue, where I developed my skills by working with a variety of temperaments, including timid, anxious, and reactive dogs. These diverse experiences have equipped me to confidently handle most canine personalities. While I am particularly drawn to working breeds due to their intelligence and drive, I treat each dog as if they were my own - like a family member. Building positive connections with pups brings me immense satisfaction, and I strive to continue fostering these bonds during each pet-sitting experience.

She puts 110% into everything and every aspect of her life. She cares for people she doesn't know, hasn't met yet, and so many more. She is truly one of a kind. - Jamie has fostered a 4Paws For Ability (A program to train service dogs) pup that is one of the best-behaved dogs I have ever met throughout the program, even as a German Shepherd Dog. Schatzi, the dog, did not really have the drive to be a service dog, but Jamie still worked with him daily to make sure he knew his commands as well as prepared him to be the best companion ever. - Jamie has an incredible level of patience when it comes to anything. I have known her for about 2 years now and I don't think I have ever seen her frustrated. She stretches this level of patience to people and the various amounts of dogs that she has worked with through 4Paws For Ability or Dulebohn Service Dogs (Another program that is focused on training service dogs). - She is so dependable. She has never been late to anything that I have invited her to or that she was invited to through others. She always shows up early. She has never canceled on me, even when she isn't feeling well, she found a way to be present with me. She also always checks in with you beforehand on if something is still happening or if anything has changed to always be in the loop with details. Jamie is truly a one-of-a-kind person. She is caring. She is loving. She is passionate. And she is trustworthy. If there is anyone you should trust your dog with, it is most definitely Jamie. She will not fail you.
Jammie is a wonderful dog trainer/caretaker. I train service dogs and have trusted her with watching my dogs in training on multiple occasions. She has never let me down and is a wonderful sitter. She was always great at communicating how my dogs were doing when then spent time with her and making it a positive experience for my pups as well. This includes ensuring all their basic needs are met – think walks, food, and water – while also incorporating playtime, mental stimulation, and of course, cuddles! I aim to personalize each session with activities your pet truly enjoys.

Every dog is unique! We'll discuss your pup's breed, comfort level, and individual preferences to create a customized activity plan. Whether your furry friend enjoys extended sniffing adventures, brain-teasing games, or some focused training, we can make it happen. My goal is to ensure each session provides the perfect blend of fun and engagement for your dog. If your dog enjoys hiking or extra-long walks, I am your sitter. :)
