I hired Jamie to care for my two senior dogs when I was called away for a family emergency. My dogs are very nervous around strangers and do not warm up to many people; but they were happy and comfortable with Jamie immediately. I hired Jamie on the recommendation of a friend. During my absence, one of my little dogs experienced a medical emergency related to digestive issues. Jamie immediately got my dog to the care facility and since she could not reach me, she made the payment for my animals care. I of course compensated Jamie, but felt she had acted very professionally and compassionately to make sure my dog received the care it needed. When I returned, my dogs were of course happy to see me, but it was obvious they were happy and not anxious to see Jamie go.
