Pet care experience
I have had dogs for the past 25 years and have worked at vet clinics, shelters, dog walking companies, and have rescued quite a few dogs myself. I currently have 3 rescue dogs ranging from ages 3-13, and 1 rambunctious kitten.

Jami is excellent with dogs. She watched my two senior beagles on numerous occasions, and I always felt comfortable leaving them with her, despite their old age. Jami's meticulous attention to their well being was so reassuring-- not to mention my ol' pups loved her! She always treated my babies like they were her own, and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and wonderful canine caregiver.
I moved down to Raleigh, NC on a whim with me and my dog, Lola. There after I started a job which left me with long work hours and no time to get home to take her out during the day. It took a few pet sitters for me to go through to trust in my home and make me feel at ease loving my dog. After a few people who came and went we finally met Jami. I finally felt comfortable leaving for work knowing that Lola had someone to love her while I was gone and someone I trusted in my home. Lola has separation anxiety and I could tell a difference of her not feeling so stressed out when I would get home from my long days. To this day I love Jami and would recommend her to take care of any pup. Her warm and bright personality and love for dogs would make her a fantastic addition to Rover, she will do a wonderful job, I can promise that!
I have seen Jami interact with her own dogs and others she has cared for over the past year and a half. She has a gentle demeanor with those that are skiddish and playful with dogs who are high energy. I would trust Jami with my animals 100%.

A typical day
Depending on what the dog enjoys, we can do it all! Fetch, tug of war, scoping out the neighborhood on a walk, or being couch potatos together.

I work from home full time and would love to come take your dog out for a walk and/or visit during the day while you are at work, or come hang out with them if you plan a weekend getaway!
