Must love dogs? No problem! I grew up with a very dear sheltie who was recently put down after a long bout with cancer. I have been craving some canine company ever since. I work in the arts here in Philly so your pup will get some keen and artful attention with me. I love taking dogs on long walks familiar and new, playing all types of friendly fun, giving lots of belly rubs, and brushing out all that extra fur. I have house sat friends and coworkers' pets in the past and have always helped out on quick or long walks with housemates and friends' dogs simply for that canine camaraderie. Can't wait to meet your best friends and shower them in love!

Hello Rover Team, Jameson is a wonderful person that I have trusted with my pet before (walks and overnights). I knew I could trust him because he is very reliable and punctual and knows how to engage with dogs- which is no doubt due to the fact that he has owned and lived with pets as well. He has a very kind manner to him, friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He gets along well with me, showed respect to my house, and my dog loved him- so he was a very regular and consistent hire. I would recommend him repeatedly as he has shown himself to be great with pets and people.

As I mentioned earlier, I want your dog’s specific needs to be met as best as I can. I love detailed care instructions that help me look out for triggers or bad behavior that you’re working on. I also love to know if there’s something special your pup really loves, a treat or itch they like scratched!
A typical day
I usually like to default to lots of exercise or long walks, unless your instructions state otherwise. I love going on a trail walk along one of the rivers or to one of the many dog parks around town. I know city dogs need to wear themselves out a bit to stay even tempered. I’m also going to give them a lot of attention and affection.

I work from home most days of the week, and I drive and bike so my schedule is definitely flexible for a last minute visit or larger request of time.
