Pet care experience
I am friendly, outgoing, and conscientious. I love dogs and enjoy playing with them and caring for them. I have my own rescue dog named Leo who is my best buddy. My neighbors in my Alexandria community trust me to care for their dogs while they are away. I have 2 children who have both walked dogs for families and also stayed at the houses while gone. Both my wife and I love to walk our dog Leo along the Potomac river on the GW parkway. I absolutely love dogs and always go out of my way to greet dogs when being walked. I am viewing this as an opportunity to pursue my passion for caring for dogs which is what I love to do.

James (Jim) is perhaps the most loving and patient person I’ve ever seen work with dogs. He treats them with so much care and empathy and has a truly special connection with all animals. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing him raise his own dog, Leo, since he was a puppy and shower him with love and affirmation on a daily basis. He also is the go-to pet sitter for all the dogs and cats in the neighborhood because of how gentle and trustworthy he is. Jim would be my ideal pet sitter and I give him my strongest recommendation.
Jim is an entirely trustworthy and responsible person who loves animals, particularly dogs. He is a very easygoing and funny and you will enjoy working with him. He gets gets along well with people and with all types of dogs. He is also extremely reliable and patient. He will show up on time and take care of your dog and he will enjoy every minute of the time he spends with your animal. I cannot recommend him more highly.
