I grew up taking care of two dogs, a large and small sized dog. I fed, let out, walked, bathed, played with, and frequently watched both of them while my parents were away. Many summers growing up I would take them out on walks at least once a week around the neighborhood. I've had experience taking dogs into the vet during emergencies I am a currently a University of Minnesota college student that has a huge love for dogs, is very responsible, and regularly goes on long walks already, a dog would be a great addition to those walks. I have fairly flexible availability that I am wiling to find schedule that fits for both of us within. I have been told that I am very attentive to animal's behaviors, well-being, and empathetic to their needs. I fully understand the need for owners to find someone who really fits well with them but also their dog, and am willing to work with you see what works for both of us. I am also willing to take care of the following animals: Rabbits (I have my own Lionshead rabbit, Nala) Cats Most reptiles, we can chat more about your needs since I don't have much experience

Ginger always loves seeing James!
This was our first time having James stay with our elderly dog and watch our house over a long weekend, and we couldn't be more pleased. Ginger was very calm when we arrived home (not always the case) and she and the house were very well taken care of. James' communication is great and he's clearly responsible. James has the gentlest spirit with every living being - human, plant or animal. I've never met an animal that didn't like James and I would say that's due to his amazingly comforting and reassuring energy. Personally, I go on walks with James all the time, so I have first hand experience of how lovely it is to be walked by him. He grew up with two amazing dog companions, as well a son a rabbit. I've seen him work exceptionally with big, medium and small size dogs. Even at a dog park filled with puppers he can maintain calm and pleasant - an environment many people consider stressful and overwhelming. I recommend James for any and all pet services! Cross my heart and hope to die. 13/10 would hire again for dogs
