Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have had pets my whole life. For years I've done dog/cat sitting for friends and so now trying this. Pet sitting is how I get my 'dog fix' now that I do not have one :) I'm extremely responsible, patient, and will make sure your dog is perfectly taken care of and as happy as can be while you're out of town.

James took good care of our 14 year old blind and deaf Standard Poodle. We needed someone calm, gentle and patient to provide a safe environment, ensure that the daily meds get eaten and administer daily eye drops. James ticked all the boxes and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that our geriatric dog is well taken care of.
James was great with Snowy. Sent us pictures and letting us know how she was doing.
Jim has taken care of my dog when I leave town for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier with the care he gives my Roxy. He's always excited to get her and Roxy is excited to be there. She's a difficult dog in that she loves all people but not good around other dogs, at all! Jim knows just how to be wtih her and I'm grateful to him for his care for her.

I have a spacious 1 bedroom apartment and have had very (very) big and small dogs alike room here with me. I tend to go for lots of walks and live in a very nice neighborhood with lots and lots of grass.

A typical day
This depends entirely on your dog. Some dogs I've sat for (huskies) want almost continual play/walks - others are more happy just laying in bed and being pampered. I like all dogs and we'll do what's best for them.

I work from home, so your dog will not be left alone except when I run errands or something like that. I really do this because I WANT to be around and take care of your pet.
