I am Active and able to walk your loving dog, multiple times a day. I have 4+ Years Volunteer work in Dog shelters, working with Dogs to be rehomed ♥️. I welcome any size dog, I have a big fenced in backyard, and a great living space. I have worked with many dogs that have social anxiety issues, and reactive dogs, I have a seperate living space in my basement if your Pup prefers not to be to be in contact with my Dog Xena, Otherwise they will stay in the main house with me and Xena. I am always happy to do a meet and greet before any bookings are made to show you around my property and for your dog to meet mine. For an additional fee which can be selected in the booking process, I am able to bathe your Pup, using sensitive skin dog oatmeal shampoo & conditioner, towel & Blow dried the day before or day of pick up, I have a Special Dog Bath and grooming tools for this purpose.

James is awesome! I was worried about leaving my older dog since she has some separation anxiety. I was confident I made the right choice after our meet and greet and seeing how much experience James has with dogs. He sent daily updates and lots of photos of Bella enjoying walks, play time in his large yard, companionship with his dog Xena and lots of snuggle time. James is really easy to work with and very responsive. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy my vacation knowing Bella was in good hands. I would definitely go back to James for boarding services again.
James is our go to dog sitter. Highly recommend to anyone!

James was absolutely amazing! We have a golden retriever, Cody, and he stayed with James from 2/10/24 to 2/22/24. He took excellent care of Cody. Cody can be a little wild and crazy especially when he sees new people and other dogs. Cody loves getting a lot of attention. James welcomed Cody into his home and gave him in lots of love and attention! James took Cody for a morning and afternoon walk daily and sometimes another evening walk. Cody had plenty of play time in his fenced backyard with James' dog. They played nice together and got along well. James gave Cody run of his house and allowed Cody to sleep in his bed. James sent us daily updates of Cody's day and sent 8 to 10 pictures of our handsome boy. I was concerned about leaving our pup with someone for such a long period of time while we were on vacation, but after reading James' Rover profile and reviews, I felt good about James even before we had our meet and greet with him. After our meet and greet, James agreed to watch Cody. If I could rate James 50 stars, I would. He was amazing and treated Cody like his own dog. When we picked up Cody, he told us that if we need him to watch Cody again, he would be happy to keep him. I was so happy that Cody was a good boy and was happy to hear that James said he will watch him again. I highly recommend James and can't say enough nice things about the care that he gave our sweet boy! Dottie Mullen

In my home I do have 1 friendly dog, she does very well with new dogs, your dog(s) would be welcome to socialize with her, if you prefer not though that is okay, as I have a seperate living space in basement, it is a great living space with outside door access straight to the backyard, your dog is welcome on the furniture. The neighborhood is quiet, and a great area to walk you dog too :).

If you prefer your dog crated, I ask that you provide the crate as I don't own one, and of course to bring the dog food needed to feed your pet. If you allow treats for your Dog(s) please provide those to, as I don't like to feed Dogs food outside of what the owner provides. I have plenty of toys, dog bowls, bedding and such your dog is welcome to use, but if they have comforts or favorite things they like to have feel free to bring those too :).
A typical day
Love to play with your Puppa in our big backyard, with toys or just spend time with them if they are less toy motivated, there is also a local park in my neighborhood which is great for walking dogs on leash, so I am happy to walk them multiple times a day. I avoid coming into contact with other dogs on Walks, and I am used to dealing with strong pullers so no worries there.

I work from home, I have shop I manage online, so I will be around for your pet at all times, and since I make my own schedule I can walk your puppa numerous times daily.
