Friendly, professional service, and the best groom my girls have gotten. The dogs both have some rescue anxiety and the seemed to really enjoy their time with James & Nichole. Really helpful that the service has an option pickup and delivery as we were running around trying to get ready for our getaway, and didn't have to load up dogs and have that extra hassle. We will use this service again! The daily pictures from our girls were a nice bonus!
James L. has taken wonderful care of our dog Krystal, she has been beautifully groomed and cared for by him in the past and we will continue to use him in the future. She is a long haired dog that had been shedding. He has solved that issue for us. Krystal loves James and is always so happy when she sees him. He takes great care and responsibility with the safety and care of her. He is a wonderful dog lover who has so much knowledge and has provided us great advise in the care of Krystal. We will continue to use him to take care of her with confidence and comfort in the knowledge that she is in capable, kind and caring hands. James is wonderful person who goes the extra mile to provide a special loving experience for Krystal. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the best dog groomer and caretaker we have ever had.
