I think that one of the most incredible things about dogs is their unflappable trust in humans. Within moments of meeting a stranger they are willing to let us put our hands all over them and talk to them in funny voices. Think about what would happen if you did this to a human. I think that trust is what makes dogs mans best friend. I will do my utmost to never betray that trust that a dog has in me or that you as a dog owner has in me either. I have been taking care of dogs since I was in elementary school. I started out by watching dogs when family friends would go out of town and then I stated watching neighbor's dog and eventually even my teacher trusted me to watch her animals when she was out of town over summer vacation. I continued this little side business until I went away to college. One of the first jobs I got after college and had moved to Boise was at a doggy day care. While it was great to be hanging out with dogs on a daily basis I felt like having dogs in that environment was less that ideal. Now that I have moved back to Spokane I have some spare time and I can not think of any better way to spend it than doing whatever it is that your dog wants to do.
