James was very caring and attentive with my dogs. He even got my shy dog to love him. He kept me posted every day. Definitely would recommend him - he genuinely loves dogs!

Our family was recently in need of a dog walker while my father was recovering from a major surgery. We were referred to James by a family friend and could not have been happier with his support. His experience working in a shelter with a wide range of dog breeds clearly showed when James met Annabelle (a large mix rescue) who, in her earlier years previous to being rescued, had suffered a great deal abuse and neglect. His mild, calming demeanor helped solidify trust between he and Annabelle (as well as our family) almost instantly, which is rare for Annabelle. Throughout the 3-4 weeks stint of working with James, he was extremely respectful and communicative and bonded with Annabelle very well to the point she would get excited when he showed up for the multiple daily walks/feedings. His understanding of various people and pet personalities makes him a great fit for anyone looking for a trusted dog sitter who cares about your pets needs as much as you do.
