Hello, I’m James, a full time dog walker, originally from the north (Bolton), now residing in Upper Clapton. I have experience with plenty of breeds including terriers, retrievers, bulldogs, and larger breeds like Great Danes. Sadly due to the size of my flat, I’m not able to take care of larger breeds. (I know over 200 breeds of dogs from the top of my head!) I’ve had my own dog walking business for 3 years (based in Highbury and Islington) It would be a pleasure to help!

James is a really responsible dog sitter and so easy to communicate with. My beagle Kingsley loves hanging out with him! He knows so much about dogs and how to keep them comfortable and happy, my fiance and I would recommend him anytime!
James is the sweetest and most genuine guy you’ll ever meet. He is so friendly and fun and he loves dogs more than anything. I bloody love him.
James is a responsible, warm and enthusiastic dog lover and human being! He’s great to be around and I’d trust him with my dog - or my child for that matter!

Does your dog get along with other dogs? Is your dog neutered/ spayed? Is your dog a resource guarder? Can your dog walk for up to 2 hours? Does your dog have any allergies? Any existing injuries I should be careful of?
A typical day
I take my dogs to Highbury fields (in groups of up to 5) my dogs are all very easy going and love to play around with each other. I’m a firm believer in letting dogs be dogs, they learn from each other. I understand dog behaviour and I know how to control certain situations (if/when they arise - which is extremely rarely). We play lots of fetch, frisbee & tug of war. I also frequent many of the gated parks in Highbury as I like to keep my dogs as close to me as possible!

Availability
I tend to pick up my morning walkers between 9&10 - and then we walk to all the other dogs houses, then they get a good hour or more play in the park (off lead). Then we drop all the dogs home, I time this so that each dog has had 2 hours walk & play - this is usually enough to tire them out!
