Mature owner, very empathetic to animals in general. Been a dog and cat owner myself since I was very young. I understand and empathize with animals, and realize that all of them are unique, and have their own personalities, quirks and things that make them happy. I have discovered that animals have a very unique means of communicating, and the more time you spend with them the more that communication expands, and in doing so, the better the bond between you and the animal. Dogs and cats are nurturing animals, and they enjoy being in the company of people that care about them. They need that connection to us, just as we need the connection and sharing our world, with our funny, furry and loving friends.
