I have been working with DC area dogs for seven years. I've worked for all the big names in DC pet care and now I've decided to branch out on my own, I have been running my own dog walking business for two years now and I'd like to expand a little further with Rover . I can cater to special needs dogs, administer medications, and can provide curated care to meet any expectations! I am particularly skilled in handling dogs with resource guarding and leash aggression issues; I have a great deal of experience in the socialization needs of troublesome pups! I am available for boarding and house sitting 24/7/365. I have just relocated to New Orleans! I am ready to meet your pups!

Clearly loves dogs, and takes great care of them. Our anxious pup came home happy and tired from a holiday stay. Very accommodating about pick-up and drop-off. All around great.
I'm not sure what mischief our dogs got up to while we were away because we didn't request updates/photos, but they seemed happy and comfortable when we picked them up at the end of the stay. James was easy to communicate with throughout the process. We were a little worried because one of our dogs doesn't always get along great with new dogs and there were several dogs staying with James over the holidays, but even our grumpy dog did well after they both had an adjustment period.
James was absolutely amazing with my dog Darby. I almost felt bad taking her home after Thanksgiving because she had clearly had so much fun. James was not only super responsive (and sent me photos of Darby over the weekend) but also was great with her.
