I’ve been raised around dogs my entire life! My father and I bred large breeds such as Cane Corso that require a lot of active engaging training. Additionally, i I continue to dog sit, walk, and care for several clients loved ones over the past 4-5 years. While your family member is under my supervision they will be treated with love and care. They may even come back learning a new trick or two! 😉 Dog Walking & Drop Ins- Typically, I would like to take the dog on a lengthy walk and/or play some games with them to keep them active! I have several toys already available. However if your pet has a favorite we can use that one as well! Home sitting(yours)- In the beginning I prefer home sitting in your home until I build a relationship with the dog. I do believe in leaving dogs with strangers and not should you! This allows them to become more comfortable and experience less anxiety. During this time I typically would walk them about 3x a day the morning, once I get back from work and another before they sleep. Each afternoon and evening walk would be a opportunity for them to be active with me and play some games. Lastly, after each walk comes a great big belly rub!! Home sitting (mines) ^^ same rules apply Dog feeding and treats will be based upon your recommendations since every dog has different meal programs.
