Challenges with directions and effective communication before and during this booking. No info or photos during the day. Had to reach out after several hours to find out how she was doing on her first day. Brief text response but no other communication at all. No report card at the end of the day regarding what was done, etc. Very surprising based on previous reviews. I cannot comment on home environment, care during visit, etc, as I have no information about that. I did not see home environment as sitter met me out in parking lot due to no directions about how to get to his apartment.

I highly recommend Jalen to take care of your fur baby. He provided me with updates via text messages and pictures of my boy while I was away on vacation which put my mind at ease. Beau took to Jalen relatively quickly given he is skittish and can take a minute to warm up to people but not with Jalen as dogs sense other dog lovers. I will definitely be contacting Jalen in the near future to watch my pooch.
