Recently, a friend told me about this app and how much they have loved being able to dog sit more frequently. I have always loved pets, but my brothers had allergies growing up, so I was never able to have a dog as a kid. This has made me especially eager and willing to help friends and family when they’ve needed dog care over the years. I have taken care of many different dogs ranging from low to high maintenance and now wish to expand my services to pups that I would not have been able to reach without Rover. About 5 years ago, my mom decided to adopt a german sheppard puppy thinking that it would get me to spend more time at home. She was right! I take care of Ursa frequently, and have learned a lot about dogs with special needs in the process. Ursa has an auto immune disease and must stick to a very strict diet with multiple different medications. She can become sick easily due to stress, so I have learned how important it is to know her triggers and keep her content. I have also taken care of adopted shelter dogs that might be timid or aggressive due to past living situations. No matter the pup, I always try my best to provide custom care that focuses on your dog’s needs. Whether it needs 3 hours of high intensity exercise or simply a human to cuddle with, I am happy to provide my services! My schedule is quite open and flexible, so I am able to accommodate based on your needs. I also have experience in puppy training and am very knowledgeable about dog friendly areas in town.
