I’ve always had a soft spot for dogs, any breed, any size, so you can rest assured that while you leave your pooch is with me, they’ll be treated like my very own - and they have it pretty good! I work as a self employed personal trainer, so I have the luxury of planning my own schedule to be around for your pooch as much as they need me - they’ll never be left for too long, there will be plenty of cuddles on offer, and between my fiancé, my two dogs and I, there’s endless playing potential and walking adventures! I have grown up around dogs, everyone in my family seemed to have a dog at one point! Collectively, we’ve had terriers, to boxers, to toy poodles, to labradoodles! And I was always happy to dog sit or go for walks!

Jakki and her partner took excellent care of Bertie in his latest visit. This was even more important, as Bertie had some sickness while he was with them. They were communicative, checked and made a good care plan with me, and he recovered well. They even sent him home with some extra chicken and rice, which was definitely above and beyond my expectations! Having an older dog, who is extra special and needs additional care, I can highly recommend Jakki for any dog sitting.

My house has been husky proofed since I got my first two dogs 9 years ago. Everything is kept up and away out of chewing reach, and there’s plenty of toys on offer for your dog to play with. I can happily provide crates and pens, if that is what your dog is used to - it also gives them a space to themselves! I’m am very used to dogs who are a flight risk, having one of those myself! Therefore, I am extra cautious when the front door is about to be opened to make sure there’s no escapes!

A typical day
Your dogs will have a plenty of walks, games, play time, even a little bit of doing tricks for treats when they’re with me! There’s lots of big farmer fields, woods and a nature reserve for them to explore near us!

Availability
I’m currently working on a self employed basis, therefore all my days are flexible and made to suit any house guests! Luckily, my fiancé is on board too, so he’ll be in and out all day.
