Hello! My name is Jake and I joined Rover as a way to enjoy a side job that I am truly passionate about. I have owned pets my entire life in all shapes, sizes, and species. I am a photographer and have done lots of work with wildlife and pets as well. I have a deep passion and respect for animals and I love working with and caring for them so much. In my personal experience I have worked with many different dog and cat species, all of different sizes and temperaments, as well as small mammals and reptiles. I am available for drop-ins and walks for any pet and I am not shy around any animal. I have owned large and small dogs as well as grown up around cats my entire life. I’ve volunteered at numerous shelters in Brevard County working with pets from all sizes and backgrounds and have many of my own animals as well. I am an amateur dog trainer and have created a system of obedience and command within my own dogs that has created an opportunity for me to help some of my friends and family achieve the same level of success with their own loved pets. While doing this I have developed a love for the pure interaction with all animals and would love to meet your furry friends and help out wherever I can!
