I just rescued a dog and needed a dog walker. I have never used a app like this before so I was nervous. Jake was responsive and got back to my request within a short time. He was willing to meet Copper first and was flexible with the days and times. I was having a issues with my dog and asked if he could do two walks a day and he was willing to work it out with me. Copper was responsive in the meeting but scared when he came to the house for the first time. He was patient spent more time with him to let him warm up. He sent me pictures and was on time. He even gave me a few training tips. I would recommend using Jake and would hire him again.

Absolutely recommend Jake and will be using him again to care for our pets! We have a 6 month old golden retriever, cat, and rabbit and Jake did a wonderful job with them. He was responsive, timely, reliable, and caring with our pets. Our 6 month pup is undergoing some specific therapy dog training and Jake did a great job reinforcing our training methods, whereas in the past we have noticed much worse behavior in our dog after leaving him with someone else for the day. We came home to the same well behaved dog we left, he was also wiped out from a day of playing so we know Jake kept him busy, even walking him in the pouring rain. We will definitely be setting up another dog sitting visit with Jake again soon.
