Jake is unreliable and unresponsive. He would just not show up and wouldn't contact me to let me know he wasn't coming to let my dog out. My dog ended up having an accident inside because he didn't show up for her walk one day. After asking for my apartment key back since it wasn't working out, he claims he sent it in the mail but I have still not recieved it.

This was my first extended trip away from my dog, Oliver, in the three months or so I had him, and I was a bit nervous in leaving him with someone else for this time, especially because he can be pretty anxious. Upon meeting Jake, I immediately felt comfortable leaving Oliver with him. He was kind and Oliver quickly opened up to him during the few minutes we spent together. While we were gone, Jake sent frequent updates with photos, and Oliver seemed like he had a great time with him at his apartment. Would highly recommend!
