How do you deal with bad behavior? How do you reward good behavior? What are some of your pet’s triggers? What will they react to?

Just taking your dog out of the house and allowing it to walk at its own pace, sniffing and exploring can be very entertaining for your dog, and much better than a strict, fast ‘march’ from one place to another. Sniffing is a whole world of enrichment for your pet allowing them to gather information and take their time when out. If your dog enjoys fetch and is safe off-leash, this is another form of exercise fun! For my own dog, we try to change the locations of walks every few days. Even though we have a limited number of nearby spaces we visit, we only do the same one maybe two days in a row. One day is the beach, one the woods, one day the park, and another day walking along the shops.
